Please submit a Support Ticket with your support questions when you can't find the answer on the FAQ's. We can answer your questions much quicker using our online Support Ticket system. This will provide a better response time back to you. If you have any complaints about our service, please bring it to our attention and we will look into the matter immediately.

Additional disk space can be purchased in 1,000 MB (1GB) increments for $10.95 per month.
Additional data transfer can be purchased for $3.00 per GB per month.
Each account has it's own FTP. Any required additional FTP has a 1 time $4.95 fee.
